The impact of their work speaks volumes: our team fielded over 158,000 calls and 5,160 texts, while our Toledo 2-1-1 team handled an additional 85,659 calls. Behind each of these interactions stands a compassionate professional who carefully assesses each caller's unique situation and provides personalized guidance with dignity and respect.

We are greatful for the support our United Way partners provide 2-1-1: @unitedforscmi, @unitedwayswmi and @stjosephcountyunitedway.

The impact of their work speaks volumes: our team fielded over 158,000 calls and 5,160 texts, while our Toledo 2-1-1 team handled an additional 85,659 calls. Behind each of these interactions stands a compassionate professional who carefully assesses each caller's unique situation and provides personalized guidance with dignity and respect.
